Resumen
El presente proyecto se enmarca en el ámbito del Business Consulting y está
desarrollado para la Constructora Meneses S.R.L., empresa familiar con 27 años de
trayectoria en la industria constructora de obra de ingeniería civil y extracción de piedra,
arena y arcilla. Esta empresa ha operado en importantes proyectos de organizaciones como el
Banco BBVA PERU, el Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, la Compañía
minera Antamina S.A., Lima expresa S.A.C., la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima, entre
otros. Asimismo, la Constructora Meneses S.R.L., se caracteriza por operar con maquinaria
propia, lo cual representa una ventaja competitiva importante, permitiendo realizar sus
actividades de transporte sin necesidad de externalizar este servicio, a diferencia de la
mayoría de las empresas en el mismo rubro.
De acuerdo a Mintzberg (1993), reconocido teórico de la gestión empresarial que ha
revolucionado conceptos del Management, la estructura organizacional es elemental para el
cumplimiento efectivo en cualquier empresa, subrayando la necesidad de un enfoque
estructurado en la Gestión de Recursos Humanos. Es por ello, que al realizar la evaluación de
la Constructora Meneses S.R.L. se ha identificado que esta no cuenta con una estructura
organizacional debidamente definida y; por ende, presenta deficiencias en la Gestión de sus
Recursos Humanos. Se ha observado una probable inexistencia de Planeamiento Estratégico
en gestión humana puesto que los procesos de reclutamiento, selección, contratación y
beneficios, inducción y desarrollo, principalmente, no se han estado manejando de la manera
más estructurada, improvisando algunas actividades, afectando negativamente el rendimiento
organizacional.
El objeto de este Business Consulting es considerar y determinar los problemas
existentes que recaen en gestión humana de Constructora Meneses S.R.L., y proponer
alternativas de solución que mejoren los procesos actuales, tomando en cuenta puntos
resaltantes como la reorganización en gestión humana para abordar la raíz del problema. Es
preciso señalar que la implementación de estas soluciones no requiere de una inversión
significativa y puede ser realizada por el equipo interno tras una capacitación adecuada y un
seguimiento continuo. Según Kotter (1996), destaca la importancia del liderizar y de la
gestión de un cambio en procesos de estructuración organizacional, subrayando la necesidad
de un enfoque bien planificado y ejecutado.
Por otro lado, la competencia desleal en el mercado industrial requiere que se analicen
las alternativas propuestas para superar una probable inexistencia de planeamiento estratégico
en Gestión Humana de la Constructora Meneses S.R.L. La implementación de una solución
efectiva mejorará los mecanismos actuales de desarrollo en la Gestión Humana, resultando en
una empresa mejor estructurada y con una postura más concurrente en el mercado.
La Constructora Meneses S.R.L, gracias a su prestigio en el sector minero y a su
amplia trayectoria y experiencia, puede beneficiarse ampliamente con este Business
