Resumen
El objetivo es diseñar una propuesta de Plan de continuidad para las empresas que ofrecen
el servicio de transporte de productos pesqueros ubicadas en Lima que les permita continuar
con las operaciones con el abastecimiento al sector retail, en un contexto de crisis como la
pandemia del coronavirus con un efecto crucial en la cadena de abastecimiento, de acuerdo
a las estrategias de contención aplicadas por el Gobierno.
Para el diseño del proyecto de investigación se revisó el modelo de negocio modificando su
oferta de valor adaptándose al estándar de continuidad del negocio ISO 22301:2019, el
aseguramiento de las condiciones sanitarias del transporte y el marco legal para la prevención
del contagio del coronavirus para que pueda ser utilizada por las empresas del sector, con el
objetivo de mejorar su desempeño. De acuerdo a la propuesta, se realizó la evaluación del
impacto económico en una empresa tipo, garantizando la continuidad del negocio, las
medidas sanitarias y de prevención del COVID-19, obteniéndose como resultado el equilibrio
entre la gestión organizacional y operacional.
The objective is to design a proposed Continuity Plan for companies that offer the transportation service of fishing products located in Lima that allows them to continue operations with supply to the retail sector, in a context of crisis such as the coronavirus pandemic with a crucial effect on the supply chain, in accordance with the containment strategies applied by the Government. For the design of the research project, the business model was reviewed, modifying its value offer, adapting to the ISO 22301:2019 business continuity standard, ensuring the sanitary conditions of transportation and the legal framework for the prevention of coronavirus contagion so that it can be used by companies in the sector, with the aim of improving their performance. According to the proposal, the evaluation of the economic impact on a type of company was carried out, guaranteeing business continuity, health and prevention measures against COVID-19, resulting in a balance between organizational and operational management.
