Abstract
El presente informe tiene como objetivo exponer los aprendizajes adquiridos para la
evidencia del logro de las competencias requeridas como egresada de la Facultad de Psicología. En
ese sentido, las competencias Diagnostica, Interviene y Evalúa se sustentan a través del desarrollo
de actividades durante las prácticas pre profesionales en el área de Atracción de Talento de una
empresa transnacional, y en proyectos realizados como parte de los cursos de la formación
académica universitaria. En primer lugar, se resalta el diagnóstico de una problemática relacionada
a la salud mental en una facultad universitaria. En segundo lugar, se expone un proyecto de mejora
en la inducción del personal de la empresa transnacional; y, por último, el desarrollo de una guía y
cuadro de evaluación para los procesos de selección de practicantes. Este documento efectúa un
análisis de las actividades realizadas y los resultados obtenidos. Asimismo, destaca las fortalezas,
los retos y los aprendizajes encontrados en el desarrollo de las mismas. Por todo lo mencionado, se
concluye que por medio de las actividades realizadas se logró alcanzar las competencias esperadas.
The purpose of this report is to present the learnings acquired as evidence of achieving the required competences as a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology. In this regard, the competences of Diagnosing, Intervening, and Evaluating are demonstrated through activities undertaken during pre-professional internships in the Talent Attraction area of a transnational company, as well as projects completed in university courses. Firstly, the report emphasizes the diagnosis of a mental health issue within a university faculty. Secondly, it outlines a project aimed at improving the induction process for new employees in the transnational company. Lastly, it details the development of a guide and evaluation framework for the selection processes of interns. This document analyzes the activities performed and the results obtained, highlighting the strengths, challenges, and learnings identified throughout their execution. It concludes that the activities carried out have successfully achieved the expected competences.
