This innovation project seeks to find a solution to improve the “Reduced quality of air transport of emergency patients priority I and II by the FAP in the Loreto region”. For this, the problem and its causes were identified, among which we have insufficient medical equipment, inter-institutional coordination, limited number of health personnel, lack of training of health personnel in aeronautical medicine, limited aeronautical infrastructure, limited comunication equipment and limited power state infrastructure. This project is part of applied research, and seeks to transform pure knowledge into practical knowledge. After identifying the causes, the ones with the greatest impact on the problem were ranked. The problem was reformulated and the innovation challenge was set in, How can we configure the medical equipment and comunication equipment in the aircraft for emergency patients priority I and II in order to raise the quality of air transport service in the region Loreto? After the prioritization of ideas against the challenge that resulted according to the criteria selected in the winning idea (solution) it was called "Construction of an ambulance stretcher for the aircraft DHC-6 400 series". The innovation prototype is composed of a centerpiece and two secondary pieces that respond to solve the innovation challenge, which is composed of: medical and communication equipment, coverage and articulation. Finally, after validating the prototype with experts, making the improvements, performing the analysis of desirability, feasibility and viability, it is concluded that the prototype will generate public value to the citizen, because it will take the service of the state where it is needed and appreciated. This project was justified because it has theoretical value, practical utility, social relevance, for its convenience and based on the benefits it generates.
