Abstract
The present paper has the objective to demonstrate the achievement level of the Diagnoses, Intervenes and Evaluates competencies within the context of the pre-professional internships carried out in the Human Resources department of a private company from the construction sector in Metropolitan Lima. From an initial diagnosis through a set of interviews with workers of the company, the lack of a specific plan for work-environment improvement was identified as a problem. Due to this, it was proposed as an objective to improve the existing questionnaire for measuring work-climate, its application and analysis of results, after which would be created the first ever plan for work-environment improvement in the company. In addition, the indicators and design for the evaluation of processes and results were proposed. In regard to the achievements of the project, the work done contributes to the formalization and gives more validity to the existing processes in the company, by giving more theoretical support to the questionnaire, and filling the need for a work-environment improvement plan. As a limitation, it is acknowledged that due to the end of the internship, it was not possible to carry out the proposed evaluation of the plan.
