Abstract
La presente investigación pretende abordar de qué manera la danza lúdica es una
alternativa de resistencia ante el sedentarismo y es experimentado por niñas y niños de 6
años durante la pandemia, por medio de la elaboración de un laboratorio virtual. Con
este objetivo se busca proporcionarles a los niños un espacio de exploración y hallazgos
en donde se expresen creativamente por medio del movimiento.
Ante la pandemia del coronavirus, el sedentarismo es una de las consecuencias a las que
posiblemente nos estaríamos enfrentando los seres humanos, debido a los pocos
espacios de actividad y reflexión en los que nos vemos sumergidos, trayendo consigo
consecuencias negativas para la salud. Gracias a las vivencias del laboratorio de
investigación, la información y los cuestionamientos que surgieron con respecto a esto,
nace para mi un nuevo concepto, sedentarimo mental, el cual apunta a contruir una
nueva mirada al sedentarismo como algo distinto a la simple falta de movimiento. Pese
a que se comenzó con la propuesta de un laboratorio que atendiera a la necesidad de
resistir al sedentarismo, se concluye que los niños y las niñas no estarían inmersos en un
sedentarismo total, pues buscan constantemente alternativas de movimiento que los
ayudan a afrontar esta situación.
This research intends to address how playful dance is an alternative of resistance to sedentary lifestyle and is experienced by 6-year-old girls and boys during the pandemic, through the elaboration of a virtual laboratory. With this objective, it seeks to provide children with a space for exploration and findings where they express themselves creatively through movement. Faced with the coronavirus pandemic, sedentary lifestyle is one of the consequences that human beings would possibly be facing, due to the few spaces of activity and reflection in which we are immersed, bringing with it negative consequences for health. Thanks to the experiences of the research laboratory, the information and questions that arose regarding this, a new concept is born for me, mental sedentary, which aims to build a new look at sedentary lifestyle as something other than simple lack of movement.
