Competencias del perfil de egreso para el grado de licenciatura en Psicología de la PUCP a través de las prácticas pre profesionales en una institución educativa pública para varones en Lima Metropolitana

Resumen
El presente informe tiene el objetivo de describir el desarrollo y logros de aprendizaje
alcanzados en las competencias Diagnostica, Interviene y Evalúa. Las dos primeras
competencias se llevaron a cabo durante las prácticas pre profesionales en una Institución
Educativa del Estado a nivel secundario para hombres en Lima Metropolitana. La tercera
competencia se desarrolló en un curso integrador de pregrado. En ese sentido, la experiencia
que trae consigo la práctica pre profesional permitió identificar las problemáticas de los
estudiantes, padres, apoderados y docentes de la institución educativa. Así como también
brindar las herramientas a la comunidad educativa que respondan a sus necesidades tomando
en cuenta las normas éticas en todo momento al llevar a cabo las actividades. Con respecto a
la competencia Diagnostica, se presenta como evidencia el diagnóstico general sobre los
estudiantes de la institución, el cual se realizó en conjunto con otros practicantes de psicología
en los últimos días de clase. En cuanto a la competencia Interviene, se consideran los talleres
que se realizaron para que los estudiantes puedan reconocer sus emociones y aprendan a
gestionarlas. Esto se identificó como una de las necesidades de los estudiantes durante la
pandemia por COVID-19. Finalmente, para la competencia Evalúa, se presenta el plan de
evaluación de una intervención realizada en una facultad de una universidad privada en Lima
Metropolitana como parte del curso integrador de Psicología y salud.
This report has the objective of describing the development and learning achievements achieved in the Diagnostic, Intervenes and Evaluates competencies during pre-professional practices carried out in a national educational institution of secondary level in Metropolitan Lima. In this sense, the experience that the pre-professional practice brings with it allowed to identify the problems of the students, parents, parents and teachers of the educational institution. As well as providing the tools to the educational community that respond to their needs, taking into account ethical considerations at all times when carrying out activities. For the Diagnostic competence, the general diagnosis on the students of the institution is presented as evidence, which was carried out in conjunction with other psychology practitioners in the last days of class. Regarding the Intervenes competence, the workshops are highlighted to help students recognize and manage their emotions, identified as one of their needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, for the Evaluates competence, the evaluation plan of an intervention carried out in a faculty of a private university in Metropolitan Lima is presented, as part of the integrative course of Psychology and health.
