Resumen
En los delitos de violencia de género y violencia doméstica, la doctrina legal
establece cuáles son los criterios o herramientas para realizar el control de la
información obtenida de la declaración de la víctima mayor de edad y plenamente
capaz. Con estos criterios se debe verificar su credibilidad en el momento de la
valoración individual. Este trabajo evidencia que esta regulación, establecida
mediante doctrina legal, presenta graves contradicciones.
On crimes, such as gender and domestic violence, the legal doctrine establishes the criteria and tools for conducting the control of information that is received through the statement made by the victim, who is of legal age and fully capable. With this criteria the verification of credibility must take place at the moment of the individual appreciation. This work demonstrates that this regulation established by legal doctrine presents serious problems.
