Abstract
The present document is born from the author’s interest in the important political reforms proposed on educational matters inside the country. Such reforms would be applied to promote an elevated educators’ quality because they play a significant role in the learning achievement of the students (PREAL, 2008.) However, there are theorists that disagree with this assertion (Rashid & Rahaman, 2017) and they point out that in the case of the English educators it is the personal and pedagogical characteristics that allow better learning in the students. In addition to this, the National Curriculum (2016) highlights that educators have to elaborate in an eloquent manner the didactic materials and the competence that they are looking to develop with their students, taking account of their learning levels and respecting their individuality. Nonetheless, English teaching allows the student to have greater labor opportunities and superior education, being the top priority oral communication on students of early grades, aligned with the 13th competence of the National Curriculum. Such context demands optimal teaching performance from a methodological change and the didactic strategies to develop the oral competence of the students from the third cycle of primary (elementary) education with an eclectic methodology base. The present document describes the problematic study, its justification, and background of the same within the first chapter - problem approach. In the second chapter the theoretical rationale is provided, defining important concepts for the research. The design of the project, third chapter, contains the project’s title, description, and objective, moreover the strategies and activities to be developed such as human resources, monitoring, and evaluation. In the same manner it contains the project’s sustainability, budget and chronogram. The consulted sources are illustrated in the fourth chapter where one can find the annexes that contain the problem tree method.
