Abstract
El Trabajo de Suficiencia que se pone a consideración es producto de un proceso
de reflexión y narración crítica sobre la experiencia docente significativa: “La
transformación de la evaluación de la competencia lectura, de las evaluaciones para
la admisión en una universidad privada de Lima. Se elige esta experiencia, entre
otras, por el impacto que tuvo en la consolidación profesional en el campo de la
evaluación educativa del tesista. La narración se ha organizado en cuatro etapas
siguiendo el proceso de transformación de la evaluación de la competencia Lectura,
en el que transitó de un modelo de evaluación normativo a un modelo criterial, de
carácter cualitativo. En la primera parte del informe se contextualiza y describe la
experiencia docente significativa que trascurre a lo largo del periodo de
implementación del nuevo sistema de evaluaciones para la admisión del 2008 hasta
2010. La segunda parte comprende la fundamentación teórica y la narración
reflexiva de la experiencia docente significativa, incidiendo en la importancia de la
evaluación criterial para evaluar competencias. En la última sección se analiza el
plan de estudios del Programa Especial de Licenciatura, mostrando sus fortalezas y
encontrando oportunidades de mejora proponiendo líneas de fortalecimiento y
actualización a partir de la experiencia narrada.
The Sufficiency Work that is put to consideration is the product of a process of reflection and critical narration on the significant teaching experience: "The transformation of the evaluation of reading competence, of the evaluations for admission to a private university in Lima. This experience is chosen, among others, for the impact it had on the professional consolidation in the field of educational evaluation of the thesis. The narrative has been organized in four stages following the process of transformation of the evaluation of the Reading competence, in which it moved from a normative evaluation model to a criterial model, of a qualitative nature. The first part of the report contextualizes and describes the significant teaching experience that takes place throughout the period of implementation of the new system of evaluations for admission from 2008 to 2010. The second part includes the theoretical foundation and the reflective narration of the significant teaching experience, emphasizing the importance of criteria evaluation to evaluate competences. In the last section, the curriculum of the Special Bachelor's Program is analyzed, showing its strengths and finding opportunities for improvement by proposing lines of strengthening and updating based on the experience narrated
