Abstract
subjetivo y bienestar social. Asimismo, los componentes auto-estereotípicos positivos de la
identidad peruana –peruanos confiables y peruanos creativos y optimistas– tienen relación
This study analyses the relation among the components of national identity, subjective well-being and the components of social well-being in a sample of students from a public university of Lima (n=205). The degree of identification with Peru and The Peruvian Collective Self-esteem were related with subjective and social well-being. Additionally, positive dimensions of Peruvian collective self-stereotype showed positive and significant relation with social well-being and in a lower level with subjective well-being. Also, an inverse relation between the negative component of Peruvian self-stereotype with the social well-being indicator was found. In this case the relation with subjective well-being is also low.
