organizacionales․
In recent years, virtual education has become a key component in the training of both public and private organizations. However, its implementation in programs aimed at adults presents various challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors that enable its success. In this context, this thesis aims to analyze the key factors that influence the effective implementation of e-learning for adults in organizations. The research adopts a qualitative approach and is conducted through a literature review of indexed academic journals and specialized repositories. Based on this analysis, the main factors affecting the effectiveness of virtual learning are identified, organized, and examined, and are grouped into three categories: technological, andragogical, and organizational. The findings indicate that technological factors constitute a necessary enabling condition, but are not sufficient on their own to guarantee learning outcomes. Andragogical factors are critical for engagement, satisfaction, and the application of learning. Organizational factors play a structural role in legitimizing and integrating e-learning into institutional dynamics. It is concluded that the effective implementation of virtual education requires a comprehensive approach that integrates these three dimensions. The study recommends the design of strategies that combine appropriate technology, andragogical principles, and organizational alignment to ensure the impact of training programs in organizational contexts.
