Abstract
The investigation presents the diagnosis and design of the communication research "La Junta", as well as the execution of its pilot, carried out within the framework of the Communication for Development Project course. In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, Peruvian companies migrated from face-to-face to remote work, a transition in which interpersonal communication spaces decreased, a loss that affects the well-being, motivation and team cohesion of the employees. Although this problem is shared by the majority of companies and employees who are working remotely, for the pilot of "La Junta" we are working with Grupo Avatar PUCP, a research group focused on the development and research of technologies and games for education. The target audience of this research are employees, young adults (20-35 years old) who are working remotely during the quarantine period. “La Junta” aims to ensure that employees increase their motivation in remote work and strengthen their team cohesion, so that they create virtual interpersonal communication spaces in which they actively participate, and incorporate them in a sustained manner to their work dynamics. To ensure this, the research is approached through seven communication strategies based on a ludic-participatory methodology. This research is designed with the vision of being scalable in other workplaces in Peru, both in the private and public sectors, which are experiencing a lack of spaces for interpersonal communication.
