Abstract
grupos focales y benchmark.
The following work describes the set of activities carried out during my internship in the HR area of a Peruvian multinational conglomerate, to achieve three core competencies required for the Psychology degree: diagnose, intervene, and evaluate. Throughout the report there is evidence of a situation to improve, or problem encountered, the alternative solution proposed based on theoretical and empirical support and, finally, the main lessons learned throughout the process of developing the action. Firstly, for the diagnostic competence, information gathering tools were used to identify psychosocial risks before and during the pandemic, as well as the family characteristics of the employees. Second, for the intervention competence, a mental health guideline was developed and based on it, an occupational wellness program in the context of the pandemic. Finally, for the evaluation competence, an assesment of the company's benefits program was conducted using focus groups and benchmarking techniques with the goal of achieving a stronger employer brand to attract and retain top talent. It is important to mention that the ethical aspects associated with the application of psychology were always considered.
