Abstract
La investigación analiza los significados y prácticas de convivencia escolar dentro de una
Institución Educativa Publica de Ayacucho-IEP. Se pone especial énfasis en el análisis de los
significados y prácticas de convivencia democrática e inclusiva expresadas a través de las
relaciones interpersonales entre estudiantes del 4to año de secundaria, docente y autoridades.
Las y los participantes son docentes de la IEP del turno tarde, autoridades y alumnos/as del 4to
de secundaria cuyas edades fluctúan entre los 15 a 17 años, proceden de zonas rurales y urbanas.
En la investigación se empleó la metodología cualitativa. La recolección de información se
realizó a través de grupos de discusión y entrevistas semi estructuradas. Los resultados se
organizaron en tres áreas de análisis y siete categorías. A través del estudio se muestra la
importancia de la convivencia escolar como un proceso de construcción colectiva entre los
miembros de la comunidad educativa que previene la violencia y permite el fortalecimiento de
los lazos sociales en una región donde las instituciones sociales como la familia y la escuela han
sido resquebrajadas por el conflicto armado interno.
The research analyzes meanings and school coexistence practices inside in a Public Educational Institution of Ayacucho-IEP; puts special emphasis in the analysis of meanings and democratic and inclusive school coexistence practices expressed through relationships between students of the fourth year of secondary school, teachers and authorities. Participants are teachers of IEP of late shift, authorities and students of the fourth year of secondary school whose ages fluctuate between 15 to 17 years old and they come from rural and urban areas. In the research qualitative methodology was used. The information gathering was carried through discussion groups and semi structured interviews. Through of research is shown the importance of school coexistence like to a collective construction process among the members of the educational community that prevents violence and allow the strengthening of social ties in a region from social institutions like the families and schools have been broken by internal armed conflict.
