Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar las metas de desarrollo de los pobladores de Kunurana Alto (Puno - Perú) y describir cada una de ellas según las cinco dimensiones propuestas por Austin y Vancouver (1996): Importancia-compromiso, Nivel de dificultad, Especificidad-representación, Rango temporal, Nivel de conciencia, Conectividad-complejidad. Para lograr dicho objetivo se contó con la participación de quince pobladores entre 29 y 50 años de edad a quienes se les aplicó una entrevista semi-estructurada a profundidad elaborada para la presente investigación. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que las metas de desarrollo son desarrollo agrícola, necesidades básicas satisfechas, comercio, desarrollo pecuario, desarrollo de capacidades y dinero. Además, se identifica un énfasis en el progreso económico, en la educación y capacitación y en el fortalecimiento de la ciudadanía; elementos considerados como capacidades esenciales para el desarrollo, en el enfoque de desarrollo humano.
The aim of this study was identify development goals of people who lives in the community Kunurana Alto (Puno - Peru) and describe each of them according to the five dimensions propose by Austin and Vancouver (1996): Importance-commitment, Difficulty-level, Specificity-representation, Temporal range, Level of consciousness, Connectedness-complexity. A group conformed by 15 residents between 29 and 50 years old was interviewed using a semi-structured interview developed for this research. The results shows that the development goals are: agricultural development, basic needs met, trading, livestock development, capabilities’ development and money. Furthermore, the research identifies an emphasis in the economic progress, in the education and improving capabilities, and in the citizenship strengthening; elements which are considered as essential capabilities for development in the human development approach.
