Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional pretende desarrollar los problemas
identificados en el transcurso de la práctica pre profesional de psicología en una empresa
privada de Lima Metropolitana dentro del área de recursos humanos. De manera general,
se precisan las limitaciones prácticas de las funciones asignadas en relación a la falta de
experiencia concreta en el área correspondiente, además las discusiones éticas que
competen a la profesión en un ambiente organizacional, al igual que los diferentes
cambios a nivel estructural que se suscitaron a lo largo del convenio. En la misma línea,
se utilizaron diferentes métodos de recolección de datos que permitieron el análisis de las
complicaciones profesionales anteriormente explicadas; de la misma manera, fue
necesario el uso de herramientas de desarrollo organizacional, evaluación, entre otras; con
el respaldo teórico, principalmente, de las investigaciones de Martha Alles en el área de
gestión humana y relacionados, en adición de estudios complementarios realizados por
profesionales en el campo de la psicología organizacional. Todo lo anterior con el fin de
demostrar las competencias obtenidas como requerimiento para el satisfactorio desarrollo
del perfil profesional requerido.
This Professional Sufficiency Work aims to develop the problems identified during the pre-professional practice of psychology in a private company in Lima Metropolitana within the area of human resources. In general, the practical limitations ofthe assigned functions are specified in relation to the lack of specific experience in the corresponding area, in addition to the ethical discussions that concern the profession in an organizational environment, as well as the different changes at a structural level that arose throughout the agreement. Along the same lines, different data collection methodswere used that allowed the analysis of the professional complications previously explained, in the same way, it was necessary to use organizational development and evaluation tools, among others; with the theoretical support, mainly, of Martha Alles' research in the area of Human Management and related, in addition to complementary studies carried out by professionals in the field of organizational psychology. All of the above in order to demonstrate the competencies obtained as a requirement for the satisfactory development of the required professional profile.
