The purpose of this research is to understand how dos music with social apporach is used to complexify the discourse of a film through the convergence of both arts. However, it is important to conduct research on both artistic products to understand how they set their discourses individually. It begins with a documentary investigation of the series Tuca & Bertie and the artist Lido Pimienta, ultimately concluding through a discursive analysis that there is indeed the deployment of an intersectional feminist approach in both agents. In the case of the series, the analysis includes the characters, the plot, and the development team to understand the unfolding of the intersectional discourse. Regarding Lido Pimienta, who identifies as a feminist, the aspects of her as an artist that evoke this discourse are shown, such as the complexity of her identity, her artistic approach, and her work as an activist. After confirming the deployment of intersectional discourse in the artistic products, a musical analysis of the song Eso que tú haces by Lido Pimienta is conducted to understand through which elements of the song this discourse is evidenced. The analysis focuses on aspects such as style, instrumentation, tone, and lyrics.
