Abstract
En el Perú, existen 1.7 millones de personas con enfermedades raras, complejas y
huérfanas, que tienen dificultades para adquirir medicamentos prescritos, por diversas condiciones
de la oferta en el mercado farmacéutico. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo encontrar
una solución integral a este problema social, al igual que para todo aquel que demanda medicinas,
a través de un sistema digital (plataforma o aplicación) de localización, comparación de precios y
disponibilidad de medicinas en puntos de venta legales.
Los resultados de la investigación en el público objetivo muestran claramente que no se
trata de un problema sólo de precios o de desinformación. El 87 % de la muestra encuestada valida
la hipótesis, valorando la localización, el comparativo de precios y disponibilidad actualizada de
medicinas, pues así evitan una larga y estresante rutina de búsqueda, que inclusive, puede agravar
su estado de salud o llevarlos a comprar alternativas de dudosa procedencia. Para validar la
hipótesis se estructuraron entrevistas a pacientes de las condiciones descritas, a compradores
regulares y a boticarios, para diseñar el producto, se utilizaron una serie de herramientas ágiles
como: el lienzo 6x6, hoja de ruta del meta usuario, mapa de experiencia del usuario, lienzo en
blanco sprint y prototipado.
Finalmente, se demuestra que el proyecto es viable financieramente con un Valor Actual
Neto (VAN) elevado (S/. 4’263,606), es escalable a nivel nacional y regional por las realidades
sociales similares en Latinoamérica, y es sostenible porque contribuye a los Objetivos de
Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de salud y bienestar y a la reducción de desigualdades.
