Abstract
El principal objetivo del presente trabajo es el desarrollo de un Planeamiento
Estratégico del Sector Agroindustrial de la Uva Fresca en el Perú, en el cual se busca alcanzar
eficiencias en su producción y exportación, a través de estrategias con el objetivo de ser el
mayor productor y exportador de Uva Fresca en el mundo.
El Planeamiento Estratégico comienza con el análisis de la situación actual del Sector
de la Uva Fresca en el Perú y en el mundo; así como, de la competitividad del país. También
engloba una perspectiva y evaluación interna y externa del sector para poder plantear un
proceso estratégico a través de matrices que ayudan a determinar las estrategias a desarrollar
que permitan alcanzar sus correspondientes objetivos a largo plazo hasta 2023.
Las recomendaciones y conclusiones detallan el nivel competitivo de la industria
dentro del sector, obteniendo 15 estrategias que involucran a toda la cadena de valor. De
igual forma se resaltan las fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas, y oportunidades de mejora que
permitan un desarrollo trascendente y permanente en el mercado mundial
The main objective of the present research is the development of the Strategic Planning of the agricultural Sector of the Fresh Grape in Peru, in which it seeks to achieve efficiencies in its production and export, through strategies with the target of being the largest producer and exporter of Fresh Grapes in the world. The Strategic Planning, begins with the analysis of the current situation of the Fresh Grape Sector in Peru and around the world; as well as the competitiveness of the country. It also includes an internal and external perspective and evaluation of the sector to be able to propose a strategic process through matrices that will help to determine the strategies to be developed that will allow us to reach our long-term objectives until 2023. The recommendations and conclusions detail the competitive level of the industry within the sector, obtaining 15 strategies that involve the entire value chain. Likewise, the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities for improvement that allow a transcendent and permanent development in the world wide market are highlighted
