Gestión tecnológica del servicio de atención corporativo a una entidad del estado peruano usuaria de plataformas y servicios de telecomunicaciones fijas, móviles y de ciberseguridad

Abstract

Este trabajo de suficiencia profesional, titulado "GESTIÓN TECNOLÓGICA DEL SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN CORPORATIVO A UNA ENTIDAD DEL ESTADO PERUANO USUARIA DE PLATAFORMAS Y SERVICIOS DE TELECOMUNICACIONES FIJAS, MÓVILES Y DE CIBERSEGURIDAD", detalla la experiencia y el análisis técnico de un proyecto complejo de ingeniería de telecomunicaciones. El documento presenta la gestión de un servicio integral para una entidad estatal, abarcando componentes críticos como Internet Dedicado, enlaces fijos y móviles, Fibra Oscura, Telefonía Nacional y, de manera crucial, Ciberseguridad. Se discuten los desafíos operativos y contractuales, como la gestión de Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) y la rigidez de los Términos de Referencia (TDR). El informe destaca la implementación de un sistema de monitoreo integral de red, que supervisa 729 enlaces de datos y 11,000 anexos telefónicos, y la innovación mediante la automatización de procesos con scripts de Python para optimizar la respuesta a incidentes y el despliegue de actualizaciones. La reflexión final se centra en la evolución del rol del ingeniero de las telecomunicaciones, que trasciende lo técnico para convertirse en un gestor de soluciones, líder de proyectos y agente de cambio, subrayando la importancia de la resiliencia operativa y el impacto social de la profesión en la modernización del Estado.

This document, titled "TECHNOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT OF THE CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A PERUVIAN STATE ENTITY USER OF FIXED, MOBILE AND CYBERSECURITY TELECOMMUNICATIONS PLATFORMS AND SERVICES", details the experience and technical analysis of a complex telecommunications engineering project.
