Programa de Educación Técnico Productiva del VRAEM: Opción ocupacional de agricultura de selva para enfrentar la reducida eficacia del servicio de la Educación Técnico Productiva de 04 CETPRO seleccionados del ámbito VRAEM

Abstract
El presente proyecto de investigación identifica la problemática que viene
ocurriendo en los Centros de Educación Técnico Productiva (CETPRO) del
VRAEM, respecto a la falta de contextualización de la oferta educativa con su
ámbito geográfico, es decir con su entorno local.
La oferta educativa descontextualización que se ofrece en estos CETPRO
del VRAEM, no es atractiva para la población de este ámbito geográfico, quienes
no acceden a este servicio educativo, perdiendo la oportunidad de encontrar en
esta institución educativa una posibilidad para su formación y certificación en los
niveles de auxiliar técnico y técnico.
En ese sentido, existe la necesidad de fortalecer estas instituciones
educativas a través de la articulación con otras instituciones que le permitan
brindar un servicio educativo contextualizado y atrayente para la población del
ámbito geográfico del VRAEM.
Bajo esa óptica el presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objeto
brindar el Programa Educativo Comunitario y Productivo del VRAEM,
denominado “Agricultura de Selva” en 04 CETPRO seleccionados del ámbito
VRAEM, en articulación con la Oficina de Coordinación San Francisco – VRAEM
del programa DEVIDA que favorezca los cultivos lícitos y el desarrollo de una
economía de carácter legal.
En suma, lo que se pretende es fortalecer el servicio educativo que se
brinda en los 04 CETPRO seleccionados del ámbito VRAEM, a través de la
formación y certificación de promotores agropecuarios. Asimismo, la
implementación de este programa educativo servirá como referente para que
otros CETPRO a nivel nacional contextualicen su oferta educativa con su ámbito
geográfico.
This research project identifies the problem that has been occurring in the Centers for Technical Productive Education (CETPRO) of the VRAEM regarding the lack of contextualization of the educational offer with its geographic scope, that is, with its local environment. The decontextualization educational offer offered in these VRAEM CETPRO is not attractive for the population of this geographical area, who do not access this educational service, losing the opportunity to find in this educational institution a possibility for their training and certification in the levels of technical and technical assistant. In this sense, there is a need to strengthen these educational institutions through articulation with other institutions that allow them to provide a contextualized and attractive educational service for the population of the geographic scope of the VRAEM. From this perspective, this research project aims to provide the VRAEM Community and Productive Educational Program, called "JUNGLE AGRICULTURE" in 04 CETPRO selected from the VRAEM field, in coordination with the San Francisco - VRAEM Coordination Office of the DEVIDA program that favor licit crops and the development of a legal economy. In short, what is intended is to strengthen the educational service provided in the 04 CETPRO selected from the VRAEM area, through the training and certification of agricultural promoters. Likewise, the implementation of this educational program will serve as a reference for other CETPROs at the national level to contextualize their educational offerings with their geographic scope.
