Abstract
This thesis addresses the way in which the poetic body in the scenic action "Rosa Cuchillo" of the Yuyachkani group, is a vehicle that agencies the construction of collective memory regarding the political violence experienced in the context of the Internal Armed Conflict, and how it proposes ways towards post-CAI social reconstruction. Thus, this research examines the configuration of the poetic body to identify the way in which it constitutes a representative body of the group of mothersof the disappeared and how it embodies the testimony of the group indicated through liminality. I alsofocus my analysis on the way in which the ritual framed in dance and the Andean worldview is presented as a symbolic resource that gives rise to reflection and symbolic repair of the social bond fractured by violence. The present study is formulated from the elaboration of the blog "The footprintsof Rosa, a path towards the reconstruction", where I activate the echoes and reverberations of the scenic action in my memory as a spectator of said event; and in the analysis of archive material of theplay, as well as the personal conversations with the actress-creator of the play, Ana Correa.
