Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación, bajo el enfoque cualitativo y descriptivo, tiene
como propósito conocer las percepciones de los docentes sobre el impacto del
trabajo remoto y la atención de los coordinadores en una institución educativa
pública de la región de Lima durante el COVID-19. Para ello, se utilizó como técnica
de recojo de información la entrevista semiestructurada y como instrumento se
aplicó la guía de entrevista en el cual se propusieron las preguntas de acuerdo a los
objetivos específicos y categorías determinadas, orientadas a describir los cambios
y adaptaciones percibidos por los docentes e identificar las percepciones de los
docentes sobre las estrategias de atención de los coordinadores para atender sus
prácticas de enseñanza durante el trabajo remoto.
The purpose of this research work, under the qualitative and descriptive approach, is to know the perceptions of teachers about the impact of remote work and the care of coordinators in a public educational institution in the Lima region during COVID- 19. The semi-structured interview was used as a technique to collect information and as an instrument the interview guide was applied in which the questions were proposed according to the specific objectives and determined categories, aimed at describing the changes and adaptations perceived by the teachers and identifying the Teachers' perceptions of coordinators' attention strategies to address their teaching practices during remote work.
