Resumen
Esta investigación ofrece una revisión bibliográfica sobre la aplicación de las artes
visuales como recurso formativo en contextos interculturales andino-amazónicos. Para
ello plantea: seleccionar fuentes académicas de estudios y desarrollos teóricos sobre el
uso de las artes visuales como recurso formativo en contextos interculturales andino
amazónicos; identificar autores y posturas sobre el uso de las artes visuales como
recurso formativo en contextos interculturales andino amazónicos y, analizar los
estudios sobre el uso de las artes visuales como recurso formativo en contextos
interculturales andino amazónicos. Al ser una investigación documental ha tomado dos
categorías principales: las artes visuales en procesos formativos y artes visuales en
contextos andino amazónicos. Se ha revisado repositorios académicos de instituciones
como UNMSM, PUCP, Redalyc, UNCP, Warmayllu, Escuela de Folklore José María
Arguedas y FORMABIAP. Se concluye que la relación artes visuales y procesos
formativos es ampliamente investigada en Latinoamérica, desde un impulso importante
de universidades y grupos de investigación. Es mucho menor la producción de
investigaciones y sistematizaciones de prácticas formativas en artes visuales dirigidas
a poblaciones andino amazónicas. Las que se hallaron suelen vincularse al diseño
curricular escolar; otras son generadas por proyectos y plataformas interdisciplinares
vinculadas a programas de desarrollo, también por colectividades asociadas al arte
comunitario y arte participativo. Se espera que esta información oriente tanto a
educadores de artes visuales como a toda persona que deba tener una aproximación
formativa a estas poblaciones y también, que incentive la investigación intercultural
desde las artes visuales.
This research presents a literature review on the application of visual arts as a formative resource in Andean–Amazonian intercultural contexts. It aims to: select academic sources of studies and theoretical developments on the use of visual arts as a formative resource in Andean–Amazonian intercultural contexts; identify authors and their positions regarding this use; and analyze studies on the implementation of visual arts in such contexts. Being a documentary investigation, it adopts two main categories: visual arts in formative processes, and visual arts in Andean–Amazonian contexts. Academic repositories from institutions such as UNMSM, PUCP, Redalyc, UNCP, Warmayllu, the José María Arguedas School of Folklore, and FORMABIAP have been reviewed. It concludes that the relationship between visual arts and formative processes is widely researched in Latin America, driven significantly by universities and research groups. In contrast, there is far less production of research and systematic reports focused on formative practices in visual arts directed toward Andean–Amazonian populations. The studies found are usually linked to school curricular design; others are generated by projects and interdisciplinary platforms tied to development programs, as well as collectives associated with community and participatory art. This information is expected to guide both visual arts educators and anyone who seeks a formative approach to these populations, and to encourage intercultural research grounded in the visual arts.
