This research aims to study the cultural identity of Lima as represented in works of Peruvian graphic novels. The main objective is to develop a graphic-narrative proposal that reflects the most relevant aspects of this identity, with the goal of creating a work that portrays Lima as a whole. The hypothesis suggests that a webcómic of this nature can help convey these cultural elements to a young audience, specifically between the ages of 18 and 25. To explore this, several users were interviewed after reading the product, and the concepts they mentioned most frequently were identified. In addition, a survey was conducted to gather their opinions and interests regarding a work of this kind. The perspectives of various Peruvian comic authors were also included in relation to the research problem. The results of the study indicate that a proposal of this nature can generate public interest, provided that a high technical standard is maintained and production timelines are optimized.
