Grupos operativos en el Perú : repensando la técnica a partir de las experiencias

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene por finalidad revisar la manera como ha sido aplicada la técnica de grupos operativos de Pichon Rivière en el Perú y las posibles adaptaciones que se desprenden de las experiencias de un grupo de profesionales expertos en el tema. Se encontró que los grupos operativos constituyen una técnica muy útil para distintos abordajes que van desde la supervisiones o entrenamiento de profesionales, hasta el soporte emocional o trabajo con instituciones. Asimismo, se encontró que los profesionales integran distintos aportes teóricos y técnicos que complementan lo propuesto inicialmente por Pichon Rivière. No obstante, refieren no tener espacios suficientes para la discusión, el intercambio y sistematización de tales experiencias.The aim of this study was to review the applications of Pichon Rivière’s operational groups technique in Perú and the adaptations that may result from the experiences of a group of experts in this technique. We found that the operational groups technique is very useful in different approaches like supervisions, professional trainings, emotional support or institutional approaches. We also found that the group of professionals we interview, integrate to Pichon Rivierè’s developments, different theorical and technique approaches. Even do they recount having not enough spaces to discuss, interchange and to systematize their experiences.
