Abstract
En nuestro país existen escasas investigaciones acerca del conocimiento
que tienen los profesores sobre el desarrollo del lenguaje. Por tal motivo, en el
siguiente estudio se evalúa y compara el conocimiento de desarrollo fonológico y
dificultades fonológicas en 216 docentes de inicial y primaria de los colegios de
Fe y Alegría de Lima Este a través de un cuestionario. La investigación es
descriptiva y comparativa con dos grupos de docentes de diferentes niveles. Los
resultados nos permitieron concluir que los docentes tienen un nivel promedio
sobre los conocimientos de desarrollo fonológico y dificultades fonológicas y no
existen diferencias significativas del conocimiento entre los docentes de inicial y
