Abstract
forma directa a nuestra cultura peruana”.
Since the end of the 20th century, many artists and groups have sought to bring our traditional Peruvian music to modernity; However, in the process they have met with many detractors(among musicians and consuming public) who argue that this reinvention is nothing more than a fault against an established tradition, which according to them is totally untouchable and intangible, which goes against of one of the properties of music and one of the principles of the musician: to be constantly changing and to look for new forms of expression. In this research we will seek to understand the role of professional ethics in music and in the musician, whether or not this modernization constitutes an ethical fault that "directly affects our Peruvian culture."
