Abstract
The following study discusses the ethical implications of auto fictional work in performing arts, from a psychoanalytical ethical perspective and from Lacanian concept of the real. To achieve this goal auto fictional creation is understood from the research from the arts, framework which acts as a counterpart to the dogmatic image of art. Based upon these frameworks the study analyzes the relationships between ethics, trauma, self-fiction and sublimation pointing out the ethical implications in performing arts. Finally, it discusses the potential of an ethic that takes a step back of an ideal for performing arts an and instead, proposes understands ethical reflection as constructed within practice and from the real.
