Abstract
Permite a quien
Body Mind Centering is a methodology applied in various areas of knowledge, among these is that of the performing arts. It allows those who practice it, to draw a conscious and genuine relationship with the breath, the movement and their body, generating many benefits around physical, emotional and psychological health. In this way, the BMC proposes the construction of a different relationship with the environment and with oneself. The present research seeks to analyze how care mechanisms arise within a space supported by the BMC so that it responds to ethical questions of the performing practice and in this way a safe, sensitive and meaningful creation space is built. The development of this research will be carried out through the observation and analysis of the laboratory sessions, From the inside out.
