Abstract
comprender el porqué de la elección y participación de dichos términos en la disyuntiva;
This work exposes the problems that arise in the professional work of music management teams when they are commissioned to build the public image of a female singer. A sample of the ethical issues present in this problem is exposed, supervised transversally by the concept of gender approach. All this in order to generate a reflection and an openness to dialogue on said ethical dilemma, through a dialogue between various authors who have dealt with this issue from different perspectives. In the following pages you will find the tools to understand concepts present in the ethical discussion as well as understanding the reason for the choice and participation of said terms in the dilemma; in addition to problematizing and discussing the ethical dilemmas themselves. It is proposed that women singers, before being considered part of social entertainment, are seen in the first place as human beings free in dignity, thought and action. The text seeks that both the public, and mainly the artists who belong to the music industry, take a critical position in this discussion, because whether they are on one side or the other, reflecting on what is exposed in this text will help us to build a healthier and safer artistic space for everyone.
