Cambios en la organización familiar de las docentes-madres de la Institución Educativa “Nuestra Señora de la Merced - Ate” en el contexto de pandemia por Covid-19

Abstract
La situación de emergencia sanitaria desencadenada por la pandemia de
Covid-19 tuvo impactos en diversos ámbitos de la sociedad. Por tal motivo, uno de los
principales cambios se da en la esfera laboral y educativa al modificarse la modalidad,
de presencial a virtual. Para ello, la revisión literaria señala que esta nueva modalidad
fue posible gracias a la tecnología y; por otro lado, indican que el uso de estas nuevas
herramientas, las tareas domésticas y el cuidado de hijos causaron dificultades a las
docentes al tener el rol impuesto por la sociedad de realizar las actividades destinadas
al hogar y a la maternidad aparte de aportar económicamente. En ese contexto, se
tiene como objetivo identificar y analizar los cambios que se dieron en la organización
familiar de las docentes-madres del colegio “Nuestra Señora de la Merced-Ate” en los
ámbitos del uso del tiempo, espacio doméstico y carga laboral en el contexto de la
pandemia por Covid-19. Por ello, la pregunta guía para el desarrollo de esta
investigación es la siguiente: ¿Cuáles fueron los cambios que se dieron en la
organización familiar de las docentes-madres del colegio “Nuestra Señora de la
Merced-Ate” en los ámbitos del uso del tiempo, espacio doméstico y carga laboral en
el contexto de la pandemia por Covid-19? Teniendo en cuenta esto, la investigación
considera que las nuevas actividades que las docentes-madres desarrollan en su
hogar causan un incremento en su carga laboral y uso del tiempo; además, de una
reorganización de su espacio doméstico.
The health emergency triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on various areas of society. For this reason, one of the main changes occurred in the labor and educational sphere when the modality was modified from face-to-face to virtual. To this end, the literature review points out that this new modality was possible thanks to technology and, on the other hand, indicates that the use of these new tools, household chores and childcare caused difficulties for teachers as they had the role imposed by society of carrying out activities destined to the home and motherhood, apart from contributing economically. In this context, the objective is to identify and analyze the changes that occurred in the family organization of the teachers-mothers of the school "Nuestra Señora de la Merced-Ate" in the areas of time use, domestic space and workload in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the guiding question for the development of this research is the following: What were the changes that occurred in the family organization of the teachers-mothers of the school "Nuestra Señora de la Merced-Ate" in the areas of the use of time, domestic space and workload in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic? Taking this into account, the research considers that the new activities that the teachers-mothers develop at home cause an increase in their workload and use of time, as well as a reorganization of their domestic space.
