Abstract
obtienen los infantes al establecer una relación afectiva de apego seguro con su
cuidador durante sus primeros tres años de vida reflejados en distintos ámbitos de sus
vidas. Esta investigación ha sido realizada con el objetivo de identificar en qué
favorece el apego seguro a los niños y niñas durante su primera infancia a lo largo de
su vida en el área cognitiva, emocional y social. Para ello, se ha hecho consultado,
analizado y clasificado diversas fuentes de información, estas varían desde tesis,
artículos de investigación y libros. El tiempo de antigüedad de las fuentes
consideradas es de 15 años de antigüedad junto a otros autores clásicos. La
estructura del trabajo consta de tres apartados que narran los beneficios que otorga
el apego seguro en la primera infancia. El primer beneficio, trata sobre cómo el vínculo
afectivo influencia en el desarrollo cognitivo y el rendimiento académico haciendo que
su desarrollo se potencie. El segundo beneficio, alude a cómo el adulto significativo
refuerza en la vida de un niño la autoestima y la seguridad, esto se debe a que le
brinda un vínculo afectivo estable. El último beneficio, refiere a cómo son las
relaciones interpersonales, los nuevos vínculos afectivos y a las habilidades
comunicativas del infante que establece a lo largo de su vida. En la indagación, se
encontró que los niños y niñas que tienen un apego seguro estable tienen un
desarrollo positivo y beneficioso en el aspecto intelectual, emocional y social.
This article presents a review of the state of the art on the benefits that infants obtain when establishing an affective relationship of secure attachment with their caregiver during their first three years of life, reflected in different areas of their lives. This research has been carried out with the objective of identifying how secure attachment favors children during their early childhood throughout their lives in the cognitive, emotional and social area. For this, various sources of information have been consulted, analyzed and classified, these vary from theses, research articles and books. The age of the sources considered is a maximum of 15 years old. The structure of the work consists of three sections that narrate the benefits of secure attachment in early childhood. The first benefit deals with how the affective bond influences cognitive development and academic performance, enhancing their development. The second benefit refers to how the significant adult reinforces self-esteem and security in the life of a child, this is due to the fact that it provides a stable affective bond. The last benefit refers to how interpersonal relationships are, the new affective bonds and the communication skills of the infant that he establishes throughout his life. In the investigation, it was found that children who have a stable secure attachment have a positive and beneficial development in the intellectual, emotional and social aspect.
