Modelo prolab: Morin Siamo ISS, diseño de una plataforma virtual de ecoturismo y turismo experiencial

Abstract

En la actualidad, con el término de la pandemia, el sector de turismo tuvo una reactivación tardía, pero poco a poco esta activación ha ido tomando fuerza gracias a los avances en comunicación y publicidad, mediante el uso de plataformas web y redes sociales; actualmente existen muchas plataformas que ofrecen este servicio, sin embargo no es completo, y centrándonos en nuestro proyecto que estará enfocado en la región La Libertad, estas plataformas web no llegan a publicitar todos los lugares turísticos de la región y no ofrecen un servicio completo como el que queremos brindar, es por ello por lo que MORIN SIAMO ISS es una plataforma que a través de medios digitales existentes, redes sociales y los avances tecnológicos que actualmente tenemos en comunicación brindara al usuario una experiencia completa, rápida, segura y de fácil acceso para los usuarios. La plataforma virtual tiene como particularidad el plus de poder mostrar los lugares de esparcimiento, cultura, alimentación, alojamiento, movilidad y hasta la compra de souvenirs y recuerdos, entre otros servicios que no han sido contemplados por otras plataformas que ofrecen servicios parecidos. Es así como, MORIN SIAMO ISS, tiene como objetivo brindar información y servicio no solo de los lugares turísticos tradicionales en la región de la Libertad, si no de lugares que aún no están dentro los circuitos y que ofrecen una potencial oportunidad de atracción turística y crecimiento de las zonas donde se encuentran, además de brindar paquetes turísticos clásicos, estamos brindando un sinfín de opciones para que el usuario cuente con todo lo necesario al realizar una reserva, esto siempre con soporte del diseño de una página web interactiva y amigable, que contara son su propio aplicativo de fácil uso y atractivo para el usuario. La recaudación de ingresos de MORIN SIAMO ISS, principalmente serán por las suscripciones del consumidor para obtener información y viajes turísticos formado para nuestros clientes, ofreciendo distintos tipos de membresías con lo que el consumidor pueda disfrutar de acuerdo al tipo de membresía adquirida, así mismo ofreceremos el servicio de publicidad de restaurantes, hoteles, tours privados, tienda virtual, movilidad y hasta contaremos con las cartas de los restaurantes que publiciten con nosotros como una nueva forma de fomentar la gastronomía de la zona. La plataforma estará activa las 24 horas del día y permitirá obtener información relevante sobre cada lugar turístico y los paquetes ofrecidos desde la comodidad de su casa. Los resultados financieros presentan valores positivos para los primeros 5 años, un VAN positivo de S/3,700,182.59 siendo mayor que 0 y un TIR de 96.00 %, siendo mayor a la tasa de descuento del 15%; lo que afirma que el proyecto es rentable y sostenible en el tiempo.

The revenue collection of MORIN SIAMO ISS will mainly be from consumer subscriptions to obtain information and tourist trips formed for our clients, offering different types of memberships with which the consumer can enjoy according to the type of membership acquired, we will also offer the advertising service for restaurants, hotels, private tours, virtual store, mobility and we will even have the menus of the restaurants that advertise with us as a new way to promote the gastronomy of the area.
