La presente investigación describe el rol de los colaboradores tomando en cuenta factores como el liderazgo, el compromiso y la comunicación, que, a pesar de cumplir un papel fundamental en los Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad, no suelen ser considerados prioritarios, al ser estos Sistemas estudiados desde una perspectiva más técnica. Bajo este contexto, el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad es analizado mediante la estrategia de estudio de caso de la empresa Comercializadora S&E, la cual es parte del sector de construcción y energía. En paralelo, la información es recolectada mediante revisión documentaria y entrevistas realizadas a los colaboradores del servicio de redes internas de dicha compañía.
En ese sentido y para lograr el objetivo de esta investigación, en un primer momento se explica el funcionamiento del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de la empresa en mención con el fin de comprender el contexto en el que se desenvuelven los colaboradores. Dentro de dicho escenario, se describe el rol de los colaboradores en base a la información recolectada de las entrevistas y documentación de la empresa, tomando en cuenta la presencia de las variables liderazgo, compromiso y comunicación.
