Relación terapéutica desde la perspectiva de un usuario de psicoterapia psicoanalítica con depresión introyectiva: un estudio de caso único

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal explorar la relación terapéutica desde la perspectiva de un consultante de psicoterapia psicoanalítica diagnosticado con depresión introyectiva. Para ello, se realizó un estudio cualitativo de caso único, en el cual se hizo uso del Cuestionario de Experiencias Depresivas (DEQ; Blatt, D´Affiliti, & Quinlan, 1976) en su versión en español (Gargurevich et al., 2006), una entrevista semiestructurada y la entrevista Paradigma de Anécdotas Relacionales (RAP; Luborsky, 1998). Mediante un análisis elaborado a partir del método CCRT-LU-S (Espinosa & Valdés, 2012) se encontró que el participante actualiza elementos de sus configuraciones relacionales, con sus otros significativos, en la situación analítica. En este sentido, se observó que en el vínculo con el terapeuta se activan deseos encontrados con sus Otros significativos; sin embargo, la respuesta del self varía en función a que las respuestas que el terapeuta otorga son diferentes.

The main objective of this study was to explore the therapeutic relationship in a psychoanalytic psychotherapy consultant diagnosed with introjective depression. To do this, a qualitative single case study was carried out, in which the Depressive Experiences Questionnaire (DEQ; Blatt, D'Affiliti, & Quinlan, 1976), in its Spanish version (Gargurevich et al., 2006), a semistructured interview and the Paradigm of Relational Anecdotes interview (RAP; Luborsky, 1998) were applied. Through an analysis made from the CCRT-LU-S method (Espinosa & Valdés, 2012) it was found that the participant updates elements of their relational configurations, with his significant others, in the analytical situation. In this sense, it was observed that in the bond with the therapist wishes found with their significant Others are activated; However, the response of the self varies according to the fact that the responses that the therapist gives are different.
