Implementación del régimen de pensiones de la Policía Nacional del Perú, período 2012-2014
Abstract
El personal que actualmente presta servicios en la Policía Nacional del Perú,
atraviesa una apremiante situación económica y social que dificulta el bienestar
de la familia policial en su conjunto, debido en gran parte a sus bajas
remuneraciones. Este personal, al pasar a la situación de retiro, empeora su
condición al recibir unas pensiones menores a las actuales remuneraciones del
personal en actividad, lo que viene generando un reclamo de los actuales
pensionistas, con movilizaciones en la vía pública, que algunas veces son
reprimidos por sus mismos colegas en actividad; pero esta situación también
trasciende a estos últimos, ya que son conscientes de que al pasar a la
situación de retiro, estarán en las mismas condiciones, lo cual genera
desaliento y baja moral que afecta su actual desempeño laboral, más cuando
se acerca al tiempo de jubilarse.
