Las innovaciones del tipo organizacional y sus implicancias para un sistema sociotécnico en una mediana empresa industrial de consumo masivo
Abstract
La creciente complejidad del entorno en el que se desenvuelven las
empresas1 y sus reacciones frente a ello, delimitan el problema de la investigación:
El papel de las innovaciones organizacionales y sus implicancias en el sistema
sociotécnico para la empresa a estudiar. El objetivo es describir la innovación
organizacional de la empresa en un período de tiempo (2009 al 2012) y si ésta se
puede relacionar con el sistema sociotécnico. Las hipótesis que se plantean son
cómo afectó la innovación organizacional a la empresa, a su estructura, a los otros
tipos de innovación, a la estrategia de la empresa, a su desempeño y si permitió el
desarrollo del sistema sociotécnico. Se realizó un estudio de caso, de carácter
cualitativo, y se recopilaron los datos a través de encuestas, entrevistas, revisión
documental, revisión de bases de datos, manuales y el plan institucional, lo que
permitió definir para el análisis las dimensiones técnica y humana, las áreas a
estudiar, los cambios imprevistos del entorno y los indicadores necesarios para
medir el nivel de adaptabilidad de la empresa. Los resultados obtenidos relacionan a
las innovaciones organizacionales con la mejora del desempeño de la empresa y
también con el desarrollo del sistema sociotécnico, como resultado, se desarrolló un
plan de acción para la elaboración de un programa que podría ser implementado por
la empresa estudiada.
