Identidad y apego de lugar, clima emocional y bienestar en pobladores de Nueva Morococha

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo analizar la relación entre Identidad de Lugar y Apego de Lugar, Clima Emocional, Bienestar Subjetivo y Bienestar Social en una muestra de pobladores reasentados en Nueva Morococha, Junín (N= 93). Los habitantes de dicha comunidad habrían sido afectados a nivel económico y psicosocial tras el proceso de reasentamiento; por ello resulta relevante analizar la relación entre el vínculo afectivo e identitario que los habitantes establecen con ese espacio geográfico y el resto de pobladores, la percepción de bienestar, y las emociones colectivas. El método de investigación planteado fue cuantitativo, por lo que se correlacionaron las medidas de Identidad de Lugar y Apego de Lugar (Vidal, Pol, Guárdia y Peró, 2004), Clima Emocional (De Rivera, 1992), Bienestar Subjetivo (Diener, Emmons, Larsen y Griffin, 1985; Watson, Clark y Tellegen, 1988) y Bienestar Social (Keyes, 1998; Blanco y Díaz, 2005). Los resultados indican que existe una presencia mediana de Identidad de Lugar, Apego de Lugar, y de Bienestar, así como el predominio de un Clima Emocional negativo. Además, se reporta correlaciones positivas y significativas entre los constructos mencionados anteriormente. Así también, las regresiones muestran que la Identidad de Lugar predice el nivel de Bienestar Subjetivo, mientras que el Clima Emocional Positivo predice el Bienestar Subjetivo y Bienestar Social.

The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between Place Identity, Place Attachment, Emotional Climate, Subjective Well-being and Social Well-being in a sample of people resettled in Nueva Morococha (N= 93). The residents of said community were affected economically and psychosocially during the resettlement process. Therefore, it is relevant to analyze the relationship between the affective and identity link that the inhabitants establish with that geographical space and the rest of the inhabitants, the perception of well-being, and collective emotions. The research method was quantitative, so the measures of Place Identity and Place Attachment (Vidal, Pol, Guárdia and Peró, 2004), Emotional Climate (De Rivera, 1992), Subjective Well-being (Diener, Emmons, Larsen and Griffin, 1985; Watson, Clark and Tellegen, 1988) and Social Well-being (Keyes, 1998; Blanco and Díaz, 2005). The results indicate that there is a medium presence of Place Identity, Place Attachment, and Well-being, as well as the predominance of a Negative Emotional Climate. In addition, positive and significant correlations are reported between the constructs mentioned above. Likewise, in the same place, the regressions show that Place Identity predicts Subjective Well-being, while the Positive Emotional Climate predicts Subjective Well-being and Social Well-being.
