Los efectos de la reforma, modificación y modernización del Sistema Nacional de Pensiones durante el periodo 1993 a 2000 en la provincia de Santa

Abstract

Mi investigación aborda de cómo se desarrolló la reforma, modificación y modernización del Sistema Nacional de Pensiones en el Perú y que paralelamente esta reforma apunto a la creación de un nuevo sistema previsional, que se conoce como Sistema Privado de Pensiones o AFPs. Asimismo, se enfoca en destacar los efectos que originó esta reforma en los asegurados no pensionistas del Sistema Nacional de Pensiones durante el periodo de 1993 a 2000 en la provincia del Santa. Doy cuenta, además, de cuales fueron los instrumentos, lineamientos y estructura de esta reforma. En ese contexto, mi investigación, da cuenta de cómo esta reforma estuvo orientado a la creación de un nuevo sistema previsional, a la mercantilización y patrimonializacion de la seguridad social en salud y en pensiones. Mi investigación da a conocer que como consecuencia de la implementación de esta “reforma” durante el periodo 1993 a 2000 en la provincia del Santa dejo, a aquellos asegurados no pensionistas del Sistema Nacional de Pensiones y que no alcanzaron acreditar cuando menos 20 años de aportación sumergidos en la pobreza y extrema pobreza.

My research deals with how the reform, modification and modernization of the National Pension System in Peru was developed and that in parallel this reform aimed at the creation of a new pension system, which is known as the Private Pension System or AFPs. Likewise, it focuses on highlighting the effects that this reform originated in the insured non-pensioners of the National Pension System during the period from 1993 to 2000 in the province of Santa. I also give an account of the instruments, guidelines and structure of this reform. In this context, my research shows how this reform was oriented to the creation of a new pension system, to the commercialization and patrimonialization of social security in health and pensions. My research reveals that as a consequence of the implementation of this "reform" during the period 1993 to 2000 in the province of Santa I leave, those insured who are not pensioners of the National Pension System and who failed to prove at least 20 years of contribution immersed in poverty and extreme poverty.
