This study is based on a 35 questions questionnaire, which in this study was applied at six of the largest Peruvian companies in the field (annual sales of at least 20 million liters), which represent 95% of market. As a result, it was shown that there is no relation between companies that are ISO 9001 certified and their level of the nine factors of quality and those who do not, being internationally certified companies the ones with lower levels of qualityes_ES
