The research analyzes the communication that, through the awareness process with the intercultural and environmental approaches, strengthens the interest and motivation of the teachers in training in the Bilingual Teacher Training Program in the Peruvian Amazon (Formabiap), of the School of Higher Public Pedagogical Education "Loreto", with the support of Aidesep, in the city of Iquitos. In this context, the question arises: how does communication, through the awareness process, achieve a greater interest of the teachers in training regarding the approaches mentioned in the Formabiap program? To answer this question, a mixed method study is carried out, including fieldwork with the actors of the educational community, considering three concepts established as the variables of the research: awareness with transformative purposes; recognition and respect for cultural diversity; and learning through local experiential experiences. From this, an exhaustive review of the theoretical basis of the awareness process from Communication for Development is carried out, demonstrating that it is a communication process that contributes to changes in people's perceptions, values, and attitudes. Thus, with the fieldwork, it is shown that communication, with emphasis on the approaches mentioned, has managed to increase the interest of the program's students, transforming their perceptions about their training for the exercise of teaching and motivating them to apply the approaches in their professional life....

This professional report contains five expertise carried out as part of the actions promoted by the Ombudsman's Loreto Office to overcome the legal vulnerability of indigenous populations. Four cases evaluated were crimes against the body and health (rape of a minor, one of them with the aggravation of incest) and one case of simple homicide. In all cases were determined the belonging to native communities (two kukama, two kichuas from the Alto Napo and one kandozi) and has been formed with the corresponding native cultural guidelines. The dictums are written in the form of stories, with accessible language, aimed at illustrating the judges on the cultural guidelines that guide the behavior of the natives involved. In all cases, the sentences issued considerably reduced the penalties requested by the prosecution for the crimes attributed (for example, from twenty-five years requested by the prosecutor to five years), except in the case of incest....

Subjective well-being in the Peruvian Amazonia: the structure of their needs There has been an increasing interest in subjective well-being as an alternative concept for economic development. For a better understanding of this construct, it has to be studied in different cultures and environments. The needs and subjective well-being of people from the Amazonia has been studied in recent years; however, there has not been one study that analyzes different sites from this region with different characteristics, such as urban and rural, which limits the possibility of finding regional patterns. This thesis work studies the subjective well-being in the Peruvian Amazonia using the emic post hoc methodology, in order to identify a needs structure that applies to different sites of this region. An exploratory factor analysis was conducted using data from six locations of the Peruvian Amazonia (N = 186), including urban and rural areas of both low and high forest. The results revealed a five needs factor structure: A good place to live, Work and equipped house, Urban goods and services, Basic needs and Raise a family. This structure shows a combination of universal, modern and traditional elements. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of the Amazon population and can serve as input for the implementation of social policies that seek development in accordance with Amazon population´s conceptions. Keywords: Needs, Subjective well-being, Amazonia...
